Our Radiologists

Sana Ali, M.D.

Dr. Ali is a board-certified radiologist specializing in neuroradiology. She graduated from Barnard College with a degree in Biochemistry and then from SUNY Upstate Medical University. Dr. Ali subsequently completed her radiology residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, during which she served on several administrative and leadership committees and ultimately served as Chief Resident.

Following residency, Dr. Ali completed subspecialized training in diagnostic neuroradiology at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York. She is trained in neuroradiology including MRI and CT, as well as image-guided neuroradiology procedures including epidural steroid injections and lumbar punctures.

Dr. Ali has presented at several national radiology meetings including Radiological Society of North America and American Society of Neuroradiology primarily focusing on brain and spine imaging.

Originally from Chappaqua, New York, Dr. Ali recently moved to Chicago with her husband. She is excited to be a part of the Progressive Radiology team and is very committed to providing excellent service for patients and referring clinicians.
