Charles Citrin, M.D.
Dr. Citrin has been board certified in radiology since 1975. He was educated at the Downstate Medical Center in New York City and did his radiology training at the United States Public Health Service Hospital in New York and at George Washington University in Washington D.C.
Dr. Citrin has published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals and has been an invited speaker in international forum. He is a founding member of what is now known as Progressive Radiology. Dr. Citrin has special training in and a long-term interest in neuroradiology and has a continuing interest in all aspects of radiology.
He has an extensive history of medical teaching and was privileged to serve for over 20 years as a consultant to the United States Army at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He has also taught at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (The Military medical school) and The George Washington University Hospital.
Dr. Citrin’s interests in radiology are focused on Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Computed Tomography, Radiography and the Quality Control of imaging procedures.
